DEADLINE FOR SENDING ABSTRACTS (free communication)
The deadline for sending abstracts is 28.02.2023 - 00:00h. Please carefully study the preparation instructions provided in the extension.
All abstracts submitted are subject to review. Only those accepted by the reviewers will be accepted for poster or oral presentation at the Congress and printed in full in the proceeding (M30).
The authors will be informed about the results of the review by March 15, 2023. For authors whose abstracts are accepted, the deadline for sending the works as a whole is April 15, 2023.
Please carefully study the instructions for preparing the abstract provided in the extension.
All abstracts are sent exclusively via electronic mail to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The title of the message must include the name and surname of the lead author, as well as the name of the institution where he works. Attach a file containing the summary itself in MS Word for Windows format to the email message. The size of the page should be A4 (210x297mm), with margins of 3cm on the left and right sides, "Portrait" orientation, Font Arial, font size 10 (no exceptions for titles, etc.).
On the first page, provide the following information:
- Name, surname, name and address of the institution, contact address, phone number and email address of the lead author.
- Names, surnames and names of institutions (including addresses) of co-authors.
- Serial number and name of the selected thematic area.
- Title of the paper - abstract in English and Serbian.
Important: DO NOT use abbreviations in the title of the work, except when absolutely necessary.
The other side should contain:
1. Title of the paper - abstract, in English and Serbian
2. Text of the summary, in English and Serbian.
Important: On the second page, DO NOT list the names of authors, co-authors and institutions where they work. Abbreviations, if used, should be defined at their first appearance in the text (whereby the abbreviation should be stated in parentheses), and those that are not generally accepted should be avoided. Use SI (Systeme Internationale) units whenever possible.
The summary text can have a maximum of 30 lines. Divide the summary text into the following sections:
1. Introduction
2. Material and methods
3. Results
4. Conclusion
